CEO & Founder
Dr. Heather Hodges
Dr. Heather Hodges is an organizational psychologist, keynote speaker, executive coach, researcher, leadership trainer, and Enneagram expert. Heather consults with global organizations and has served as the Head of Organizational Development and Head of Learning for several Fortune's 100 Best Companies and now brings her 25+ years of experience to help organizations as a consultant and fractional executive.
A graduate of Abilene Christian University, Heather earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication, a master's in Marriage and Family Therapy, and a Doctor of Ministry degree. She is completing a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University. Heather holds a SHRM-SCP, and is a Professional Certified Coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is an iEQ9 Integrative Enneagram Accredited Practitioner, a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator, and a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychologists (SIOP). She is also a professional artist and engages audiences by speed painting during her keynotes.

Wade Hodges
Wade has over 25 years of experience as a keynote speaker, trainer, coach, and communications consultant for business and non-profit organizations. He has a bachelor’s degree in Communication and a master’s degree in Adult Education. He's a Certified Professional Coach and iEQ9 Integrative Enneagram Accredited Practitioner.
Wade draws from a wide-range of creative methods to inspire large audiences, train small groups, and coach individuals to maximize their talents and develop strategies for overcoming obstacles impeding their growth, performance, and personal satisfaction. He is known for his quick wit, dynamic storytelling, and the ability to ask the right question at the right time for maximum impact.

Dr. Houston Heflin
Dr. Houston Heflin is an award-winning teacher and education consultant renowned for his expertise in adult learning theory and communication skills training. His pioneering research on teaching and learning, is featured in esteemed publications such as Computers and Education and the Journal of Online Learning and underscores his commitment to enhancing adult educational practices. With two acclaimed books published by Learning Express and ACU Press, Houston empowers adult learners and college students with effective learning strategies. His passion is to equip leaders and organizational trainers with the skills to ensure every participant is engaged in activities that will help them learn and grow.
Producer & Videographer
Caleb Hodges
Caleb Hodges is the producer and videographer for the I'm IN! podcast and the creative force behind all video production for Hodges Group Productions and its clients. A graduate of Abilene Christian University with a double major in Business Administration and Marketing, Caleb specializes in building brand strategy through data analytics, search engine optimization (SEO), and social media marketing (SMM) across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
With expertise in both short and long-form video content, Caleb enhances brand awareness, drives website traffic, and increases conversions by conducting competitive analysis and refining marketing strategies. Outside of work, he’s an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting duck, turkey, and deer at the family ranch. He’s also a passionate gamer—you can catch him live streaming as Cordial Toe.
